Recording time and add-ons

When the Memories tab says the time is running low, or a video was refused for being too long.

  1. Every Library starts with 2 hours.Everyone who records into it shares the same pot: their answers, your memories, videos from your phone.
  2. Watch for the banner on Memories.When about a fifth is left it says “About 20 minutes of recording time left”. When it is used up: “Recording time is full”.
  3. Tap Add 2 hours free.The banner explains that you can add 2 more hours free during the pilot. It is done in a moment.
  4. Longer videos are checked first.Choosing a video from your phone that runs longer than the time left shows “That video is longer than the time left” with the two numbers, and Choose another video. Add time, then try again.
Good to know. Moving a memory to Trash gives its time back, and a re-recorded answer only counts once. Extensions are free while Nenapu is in its pilot.
