Notifications

When you want to know the moment an answer arrives, or you tapped Not now and changed your mind.

  1. Nenapu sends one note when a new memory arrives.Nothing else. The reminders you send to Amma reach her app, not yours.
  2. Say yes when asked.After your first question from the video, voice or photo composer, a sheet asks “Want to know when Amma answers?” Tap Turn on notifications, then allow it on your phone’s own prompt.
  3. Changed your mind after Not now?Nenapu does not ask twice. Open your phone’s Settings, find Nenapu, and turn Notifications on there.
  4. Find past ones under the bell.The bell at the top of the Memories, Ask and Manage tabs opens Notifications. Load older shows more.
Good to know. The bell also tells you when a re-recorded memory kept its audience: “A re-recorded memory is still shared with 3 people”. Tap through to change that if you need to.
