Re-record an answer

When the sound was bad, the phone was upside down, or they want another go.

  1. Before sending, tap Re-record.On the Review screen, under Send and Add a title & note. It throws the take away and starts the camera again.
  2. If they want another go, they do it from their phone.On their home screen, answered questions stay listed with a tick. Tapping one offers Watch and Record again. The new take replaces the old one, and keeps whoever could already see it.
  3. If you want another go, move the answer to Trash.Open it in the player, tap the bin on the right, and confirm Move to Trash. The question goes back to Waiting for a reply.
  4. Then tap Ask again on the question.It lands on their phone afresh. You will see “Sent again.”
Good to know. If the take is fine but stopped short, Add another part is kinder than starting over. Their first words stay, and the new part joins the same memory.
