A kind word under a memory reaches them. They read it in their own app, in large type.
- Open a memory.Memories tab, then tap a card.
- Tap Comments.The speech-bubble button on the right edge of the player. A number on it is how many comments are there already.
- Write your note.The box says “Say something kind to Amma…”. Short and warm works best.
- Tap Send comment.Your comment joins the list. If the Storykeeper checks comments first, yours shows “Waiting for Ravi’s OK” until they approve it.
Good to know. They see your comment under the memory as “Notes from your family”, with your name above it.
Good to know. Changed your mind? Your own comment has a Delete comment button in the list. Only you, the Storykeeper, and anyone they have given that duty to can remove it.
On the web. Comments work the same in the browser at app.nenapu.ai.
