- Everyone can watch what is shared with them.Memories tab. Each memory is private until the Storykeeper shares it with you. “Nothing has been shared with you yet” means exactly that.
- Everyone can leave a comment.The Comments button on the player. The Storykeeper may approve it before others see it.
- “Can ask questions” adds the Ask tab.Send written questions, record a video or voice question, send a reminder, and share a memory of your own.
- “Can watch & comment” has no Ask tab.You see Memories and Manage only. You cannot send questions or record anything.
- Running the Library is not yours unless you are asked.Inviting people, choosing who sees each memory, approving comments and questions, the language, and downloads. Those live on the Storykeeper’s Manage tab, not yours — unless they hand you some of it. A Storykeeper can make a family member a co-Storykeeper, one duty at a time; if they do, you are told in your Inbox and those parts appear on your own Manage tab.
Good to know. To do more, ask the Storykeeper for a “Can ask questions” invite. Accepting it adds to what you already have.
Good to know. The app never shows how many memories exist beyond the ones shared with you. An empty Memories tab is not a sign that nothing has been recorded.
