Setting up · An event or a group

One code on the table, and the whole room can add a memory.

A wedding, a reunion, a farewell. Two steps to set up, then you just share the code.

One

Tell Nenapu it’s an event or a group.

Then name it. Golden Wedding. The 1998 Batch.

Two
EVENT OR GROUP NAME Golden Wedding Continue

Add a photo if you like. That’s the whole setup.

No questions to pick, no language to choose — an event skips both.

Three
OR TYPE THE CODE 472 915

Your Event Pass is ready the moment you finish.

One QR and one 6-digit code — reusable, for everybody.

Four
THE EVENT CODE 4 7 2 9 1 5

Print it, project it, or drop it in the family group.

The same code works for the whole event. Change it and the old one stops.

Now the phone is theirs
Five
472 123 456 789

A guest installs Nenapu and types the six numbers.

The code opens the door; it doesn’t sign them in yet.

Six
CHECK YOUR EMAIL

Their name, their email — then a second code arrives.

They type that one too, and they’re in. No password, ever.

Seven

Now they can record straight away.

Wishes, stories, a toast — everyone adds to the same Library.

That’s the whole thing.

Anything you skipped, you can add later. Nothing here is one-way.

The guest list stays private unless you turn it on. By default guests see how many people joined, not who.
One code, any number of guests. It doesn’t get “used up”. Scanning it twice is fine.
You still decide what appears. Guests’ recordings come to you before they’re shared with everyone.
